Short term weakness is a great buying opportunity! Remember AOL in 96? Class action lawsuits, hate-mail, etc. Throw money at the problem and now look.

I sold at 150 on Monday and am looking to reenter at 130 or less.

The "operational shortcomings" are mainly due to the explosive growth and demand. AOL went through many of the same complaints a few years ago. In my view its a good problem to have. Any drops in @HOME present strong buying opportunities IMO.

Regards
Jay

PS I have @HOME at home and will never go back to dial up. Have great customer service, and have had a service outage only 2 times in the last 6 mths, never more that 5 minutes.
