Curly, This is not a public company. It looks like they are exploring and are mandated to go public. This is your typical government contractor. Maybe they don't even have a securities attorney. I think the important things are the nodes. They are just looking for interest on the share thing. Maybe the government won't allow them to make some wall street firm richer? Maybe the little guy gets a shot at this. Most government bureaucrats are little guys. Kevin
