The folks on the Schwab thread are excited and happy for Mr. Schwab, watching him sell three million shares. It seems that the thing to do is to buy those shares that he has with such generosity made available to the investing public, purely out of a desire to see people happy.

But a class-action suit might be contemplated against those who persist in drawing the misguided inference that perhaps the shares of Schwab are being sold by insiders for bad motives.
