Hi Tony.
ICL and CYP are JV partners on 50% of this property.
Another 50% belong to Rupert Resources.
This property once was 100% own by Rupert Resources.
Just read last news release.

Cypress and ITL Capital resume drilling at Rupert's Durham-McEwen project

Mr. Donald Huston and Mr. David Duval report
Cypress Minerals and ITL Capital have resumed drilling at their
Durham-McEwan gold project in the Red Lake mining camp. Hole 98-1 resumed
drilling at a depth of 5,900 feet on its way to a target depth of
approximately 7,000 feet. The hole is designed to intersect the projected
down-plunge extension of the mineralized horizon hosting the high-grade
Goldcorp discovery which has been traced to within 3,000 feet of the
Durham-McEwen property.
Cypress and ITL have the right to earn a collective 50 per cent interest in
the Durham-McEwen project from Rupert Resources.
