NEW YORK, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Yahoo(NASD YHOO - news), continues to spend acquiring ProNetLink Corp.(OTCBB PNLK -news)in a deal valued at 906 million dollars or roughly $18 a share. When asked about the deal, a Yahoo spokesman said, "E-commerce is going to be the next industrial revolution and ProNetLink will be one of the leaders. We had to jump on this now knowing the prices were still reasonable." Glenn Zagoren, ProNetLink Director, was quoted as saying, "I'm going to Disney World! He also thanked all supporters of the stock including a chat group on Silicon Investor. ProNetLink closed the day at 3 1/16 down 3/8 but was trading up almost $12 a share to $15 per share.
