i agree, bob. it will be interesting to see where their earnings for the quarter fall.... i would think, however, because of just how early this prerelease is, they won't be very close to the estimates. of course, that's just a swag. they typically have contracts coming late, but clearly this isn't just one or two loose contracts. it's more fundamental than that. i do think things will begin to pick up in the second half. however, summer has never been a particularly good period for erp companies with exposure in europe. it may be august or september before the sentiment changes. i can wait that long. it hasn't dropped back below 1 7/8....yet.

Bob, good argument. I am still holding Ross, Peoplesoft, Informix and Oracle. I'm actually increasing my position. ERP solutions are not going away. I think ERP software companies will rebound later this year.

A company like Ross Systems is a leader in their space of ERP software. The fundamentals are strong. You have to buy these quality companies when they are misunderstood by Wall Street and bargains.
