conversation by: kludwig I just got off the phone with Geofrey Tirman of Talisman. He, quite appropriately, couldn't say much about his plans. He did say that the 13d filing pretty much sums up his viewpoint. I did talk to him about how I thought shareholder value might be increased using WDFC as an example. It makes sense to me to establish dialogue wherever we can to assist in making things happen to the benefit of Pacer and ourselves. This is a golden opportunity to make things happen. I own 50k shares so I'm VERY interested in positive events.

Ken, I wonder if all together there are enough people on this thread, with enough PTCH shares, to create a small voting block, in addition to the formidable Talisman percentage of the company. I only own 1K shares, but if there were another 40 of me, and a few big holders, like you, then maybe we could offer another 125000 shares in support of Talisman's efforts. I nominate YOU to begin the campaign, if you like. Owning this and other small stocks with very good fundamentals and decent growth has been very very frustrating.
