Those in the "know" will attempt to manipulate the reports because they know people are watching.I know several futures traders who attempt to decipher the commitment of traders reports.This can prove to be deadly because of time lapse manipulation from the houses. A smoke screen is a smoke screen.Be careful. The bottom line about this stock with it's price action, is telling us their is a tightening of supply. IMHO only.
