Dick, FSAAA is representing a very significant group of shareholders who have lost a tremendous amount of money with their FAMH investment.
Jousting with Waltertx gives him undeserved credibility. Waltertx has a right to post and express his thoughts, although to date, he has yet made an attempt to clarify why he accepts FAMH's management what so ever. There is no purpose in bantering back and forth. Waltertx and FSAAA shall never unite in their beliefs, this is very obvious to all, and the continuation of it shall only cause further damage to the reputations of the members and the group as a whole.

FSAAA was formed for a very good and vaild reason. You need not justify it to anyone. Shareholders who have yet to contribute to this action should reconsider. By winning against these penny stock managers, you are establishing a foundation for future actions, which only makes our investing safer. I hope all shareholders will accept their responsibility as a shareholder and contribute to this action by supporting FSAAA. It is the right thing to do.

Walter, see you in Long Beach (if the meeting is still on). I'd like to meet an individual who is happy over losing 70 to 90% of a $4.5 million investment.

With best regards, LTBFV through FSAAA, Dick

Mr. Lee thats a lots of words for someone like you who has little at stake....we have a lot of money at stake and will look in to everything....still will back Mr. Adam....taking on a 50M company and turning it takes time...he has only had 10 months ....from all the information I have received the company is on an agressive sales course ...many positive changes have been made and I and my group feel we need to give sometime for the changes to take effect.

We also feel that what you and your group has done has cost the shareholders and the company . What good did all this do???????
