I have usually gotten an account alert about an offering. PCLN is the first I've participated in. The IPO Center Customer Bulletin has been working pretty well over the last few weeks as far as I could tell. The only hiccup I've seen is that I did not get an alert about the ZDNet offering, and I think maybe I saw it first in the Currrent Offerings page after it was closed.

Russ, the Current Offerings page is the place to look. The Bulletin page usually has the same information, but not always. I don't think it said anything about Priceline until after the IOI period was closed. This was the first time I've seen that the Bulletin page was not updated.
