just because a couple of people on this thread rant on about the fact that this is a poorly managed company doesn't make it so. No one complained or grumbled about the very same management when they took the company from $0 to $600+ million - and now, all of sudden, they are villians? One has to recognize that when a company makes a fundamental change in its organizational structure (NOT in the way it does business - which would be a significant issue), it's bound to cause a hicup. In CATP's case, they misjudged how long it would take to affect the changes. I guess I'm a little more forgiving than others on this thread and am prepared to give Mr S. one or two more quarters. The key factor I'd be tracking is whether employees start bailing on the company - so far, no signs of it - it's business as usual.
