I said: "ZD, to my knowledge, has no plan to distribute shares of ZDZ." Your only answer was: "A little more DD is needed on your part before posting, it appears." Well, you posted! And I checked your post under ZD. You said, "I can't confirm whether this is old news or not...", but you posted anyway. So, will they? I'll bet they don't have plans to! I've read every news release from ZD in the past 3 months and haven't seen any such announcement. I also reviewed SEC filings and saw no such information. Now put up or shut up!
