As stated, Pedro Hijo may have lost something in translation, for example in 1999 A.D....some Democrats I know think present government is a democracy, some Republicans think it is a republic. Civil wars start out with simple misconceptions like this.
A friend of mine, proudly showed me antique coin he bought in Greece. Plainly, it was an antique, for if you examined it closely,. you could see the mint mark, 75 B.C.
