Dear Lord : What day is this that You have given us in perpetual remembrance ? Of that day when You bore our infirmities and our wounds/ that day when Heaven was empty and void of it's most precious jewel, and hushed in silence, when the angels feared to speak, and the streets were empty, for all were in reverence to You, and the moans and groans filled the void, and the crying and weeping was punctuated with, "Oh God Give Me Strength", and "Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me." That day when it "Pleased You" to "Scourge Him" and to "Wound Him". What an appropriate day to lift up Holly to You and ask You to heal her as you healed the temple soldier whose ear was cut off by Peter; INSTANTLY !!. Amen.
