MGR's biggest supporter now dead/deceased/gone/legs-in-the-air? Doug A K, what happened? Of your six stock picks, MGR was the one that was most promising! Have you learned something the rest of us don't know?

Don't forget what the court case is about, and who is involved.

Right now, the Mongolian Government-owned Trade and Development Bank is seeking restitution from Mongolian-owned private company, Mongolyn Alt Corporation.

MAC borrowed funds, signed an agreement to repay, and didn't. The Bank is seeking the right to seize the security that was pledged. That is the only issue before the court right now.

MGR's remains in the background and will become involved directly when and if MGR deems it necessary.
