OPEC compliance was 77% in March. Yamani has projected that 77% OPEC compliance with the new cuts would push crude to $18 by the fourth quarter.

The first phase of the OS bull looks to have ended. But after a month or two of consolidation, phase 2 should get underwway. The OSX probably will trade between the low sixties and high sixties for awhile before breaking out to 80-85.

Gasoline prices continuing to rise in South Florida. Up almost 15% the past month.

And for almost every one of those 14 MPG (real, not published) tanks coming out, an older high mileage car getting over 20 MPG (real, not published) is retired. It's amazing the ANALysts are surprised by the demand for gasoline.

Yeah, yeah, some people get 20 MPG by getting a 4 cylinder squirrel motor. That defeats the whole point of buying the vehicle AND pretty much destroys the resale value. I can pass them on my rollerblades when going up a hill on a windy day.
