Do you have QPV loaded and preventing the upgrade?

It will be displayed on your start bar.

If not don't know where how to help you with out more input.

Did you get the setup file to your computer?

If not Which site are you downloading from qp2 or qp2b?

Suggest qp2b.

You need to install release 2.1 from the cd. The update on the web requires that 2.1 is already installed on your system.

Just call on Monday or send an e mail to request the upgrade cd.
