Competition is not necessarily bad, but MedCare do not use any device as far as I know. However, I am skeptical about an "electric chair" to be approved by FDA.
But who knows! Research and progress work wonders.

Years ago there was this "Exerciser" craze. It was electrically activated sets of 6 or 8 pads to be placed on arms, legs, abdomen muscles... to work out any muscle of one's body. People said it worked well, but after three or four years, a few people claimed to have developed hart problems after using regularly their "exerciser". The FDA banned the sale and the company went bankrupt. -- so I was told --.

By the way what is happening to MCAR??
It seems to me a new decline has only just started!!!
