$200 looks doable soon

Volume picked up by 2 million shares over yesterday. China news will play out in the newspapers over the long weekend and bring in some new
buyers.

The big clue is that the stock is not having any type of technical correction. Nobody is selling and the funds are frustrated because they have to
chase the stock.

In this case, the lack of a split helps the longs by keeping the stock out of weaker hands and a more narrow base of stockholders.

I expect the volume to continue to increase - thus precipitating larger market gains. We could do a $20+ day next week.

Not too much is needed to get us to $200 and it appears that $200 will not be the top and that we will get there soon.

I still expect more upgrades on the stock target, revenue, and net income.

Looks like this stock may pick up some serious panic buying by everyone. We really have not seen too much of the momentum traders (just a
couple of days of their action). The stock is on every stock screen on the street now. Some are waiting for a pull back - but the stock, predictably,
keeps running. The funds and the money managers want to add to positions or start a position. They will ultmately come to the conclusion that they
will have to chase the stock. I believe that the spike is building up its momentum as indicated by today's increase in volume.

It is interesting that the higher the stock goes, the less likely the present owners are willing to sell. Usually, this kind of a move converts holders to
sellers. I, for one, will not sell when it hits $200 - I will be a holder. Part of the reason for holding the stock is that we expect the fundamentals on
the royalties to be larger than expected, part is due to massive global build-out of CDMA with the royalty base continuing to grow over the next
decade, and part is due to the fact that we, as holders, think the move will be like the precedent set by AOL, EMC, Yahoo and other strong
market movers.

Off topic - hope you are watching Nextel. I think it is going to be a biggy.

* Battery life * I forgot to mention that Anita [TM] would also have a little burner for cooking lizards, using the ethanol as fuel when in the outback, up the booeye or out beyond the Black Stump. Even in the city, such an extra will be great for loosening tight brake drums in crusty and rusty old cars. Nobody will want to lose this gadget!

No self-respecting Montanan will be without this ultimate survival kit.

The fuel cell industry is in it's infancy. Manhatten Scientific MHTX is the company you are thinking of. Ballard Power BLDP has been on the move for a while. For those who are not familiar with this technology it is one of the power supply methods used on space vehicles.
Another subject:
There's mention in the San Diego Union of a company, Quake Wireless, that will track rail road traffic. Must be like Boatracks. The company should be called Railroad Tracks.
