I will cede that this possible to achieve. No margin for yield crashes or manufacturing problems at critical product intro 's though.

Does AMD have any projection on when they might be able to achieve >50% market unit volume (implying they could be the industry leader)? If I were a tier one OEM, I would be careful about my level of commitment to a company that appears to be shooting for #2.

Last quarter, AMD shipped 5.5M. If 5.5M means 30%, the total
shipment would be 18.3M which would mean that Intel has
sipped at most 13M. Do you think that is convincing ?
