Hi Peacelover and ALL,

As I read through today's activity I'm disappointed in how quickly people jump to conclusions. Call me what you like, but I sincerely have great faith in Rob Gordon's integrity. I cannot believe that he would mislead me when he knows how important the truth is to me.

<< MARTY, where are you? You have done so much for tsig. I wish you could get venture capitalists like the ones who helped msft when it was once a baby so we can then slam dunk these debenture holders before they kill our tsig. >>

Unfortunately this will be my last post until after the holiday weekend, actually until I return from St. Pete next Wednesday. Yes, I'm making my first pilgrimage to Mecca this Sunday to get the straight scoop on everything you ever wanted to know about TSIG. I'll finally get to meet the man and his people.

Please, if you will, list any question or questions that you feel need to be answered. List them in the public forum please. No PM's in as much it will save me the necessity of answering you in like kind. My time over the next few days will be in short supply. Please title the post with questions accordingly so that I can just scan the headers and not have to read all those that are unrelated. Please ask your question in as clear and precise way as possible... and please check other posts to avoid repetition.

Suggested title would be *******St. Pete Questions********

Please keep in mind that nothing has changed from last week at this time to today except perceptions. IMO, nothing for the worse. Smart money should have already factored in what the 10K has made public. The only real changes have been to the accretive side of the balance sheet. And please don't forget to review Sammie's DD site to see the many new alliances and "deals" which were announced since December 31, 1998 and which are right on track with TSIG's business plan. As an aside, please remember that the new upper management people were given options at 0.41 (which they only receive as vested and which are for unregistered stock) and the granting of options is the only way to attract top caliber individuals. The holders of the PP are not stupid. If they drive the price down, which, IMO, they are not doing, they take the significant risk of losing the John Hwangs, etc.. They then have the thrill of owning a lot of stock of nothing. IMHO, it won't happen. Contrary to the posting of some individuals, IMO, the present PP holders want the company to be successful. And, if you read tonight's posts again you will see there is a floor (a low one perhaps as it was based on the price of the stock at the time of the placement)... but a floor was in place (see post 23154 with reason for amount of shares held in escrow)... so I was not lied to. Additionally, with the exception of a very small amount, none of these shares are registered.

Best wishes to all for a Happy Easter and a Happy Passover.

Be right!!!... Sit tight!!!

Best always,

Marty
