LONDON - The British Ministry of Defence held a news conference this morning, giving the latest details of the offensive against Yugoslavia.

British Foreign Secretary, Robin Cook, says reports are emerging of a split in the Serbian military.

He says the split is over Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic's campaign against ethnic Albanians in Kosovo.

Cook also says Serb forces in Kosovo are running short of fuel.
