Did you know that cows actually complain when they are not milked regularly? In fact, if they aren't milked for an extended period, they have to be put to death! (Gleened from a Y2K article, which was talking about the great Canadian blackout of last year, eh? Cows were sent to the slaughterhouse because there was no power for the automated equipment during the severl weeks that some areas were without power, and most farms didn't have enough help to milk the cows by hand. The Amish farms did just fine...)
