Since people only generally complain.... ..rather than report good things, though I'd mention that Schwab (which by the way I think is often abysmally slow, possibly due to their graphics rich interface) corrected a screw up they made on my account without fuss, bother, or hassle on my part. I emailed them with the complaint (wrong price on a trade, 30% of the price it should have been), they fixed it straight away. No axe to grind, I don't even own Schwab shares (in fact, I own Etrade, who I don't trade with !). Joe
