Did you also look at the previous calls by Legg Mason on KEA? There is a Vice President at Legg Mason that I follow quite closely. He always makes a point of stating that his views do not necessarily represent or coincide with LM and caveat emptor. He warned people that it is not the right time to enter the IT sector. He was saying this in DEC 98 as LM was increasing KEA's rating and he continues to say the same today. However, as we all can see at this point, the risk reward ratio is looking quite favorable. Just a thought
