IMO, Bob doesn't want a job. He's a deal maker...Make and close a deal and move on to the next one. Subcontract him to close the Texas R.S. deal.

With him on that one, you can rest easy it'll get done right and you can concentrate on the other projects. After all, June 1st is right around the corner.
