Joe,

You are right. I am sure that many people bought into this stock when my brother came on board. To name but a few notable posters who were here in the early days; Erraff, Lucky Charm, Barbara, and Legal Beast. They should have done very well as their entry point was well before the 12.5 cent rise. As I am sure there are many who came in at a later time, after the stock peaked, as I did. That's the beast of the market, it's timing and one cannot predict it, nor should one get angry at another investor for their timing or lack of. However, market timing is very different than learning that you have been lied to for 9 months by the company in multiple PR's and multiple statements.

Sure, people followed my brother here, but they also had PR's to read and information he readily posted on the thread and in his newsletter that he got from company sources. He didn't make this stuff up for heavens sake. I do not fault my brother for listening to promises made by the company. Nor have I ever berated Barbara or jdcpa for calling and reporting/relaying what they were told. I've had some posters jumping up and down insisting that I denounce my brother for his having listened to the company rhetoric and repeating it. They are angry with me because I place the blame on the company; the source of the misinformation and not on my brother, the messenger.

Additionally, investors are responsible for assembling information beyond the confines of the company walls. Investors need to learn that it is not a bad thing to question what the company says. That other investors who do question, are not the enemy and the threat to their investment. Strength can be gained by sharing information on the threads, not by hoarding and keeping it to a select few. This can be very harmful as a mob mentality sets in and takes over. The select few who think they are in the know, the chosen darlings of the company, are often times the ones who end up getting burned the worst. And all in the name of greed. They think they have the edge, a jump on everybody else because they know something. Well, this can be advantageous and also disastrous. Only time will reveal how the chosen ones survive here.
