Hi Jerry, the reason it didn't move is due to nobody knowing. Once the news was announced on Bobs stock chat forum at about 3pm volume increased for nuoa and oais and the stock price of oais doubled. There is alot of postings and interest in nuoa right now on other boards and chat forums. Now the news re financing is out it will create a snowball effect consequently driving the price up to where it should be right now. bobz.com $4.00 Go Nuoaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!
