I think it was Annette that made the comment about the name. I agree with your comments about PR.This is JMO,but I think the most attractive thing about NETR is that it is a take over target. I think NAVR realizes that they don't have the funds to compete with the big boys when it comes to bringing this product up to it's potential. They would have to spend so much money improving NETR to compete in this ever-changing market that they would never get to a point where they turn a profit. Without constant improvement NETR could go the route of AM radio.Again, this is JUST MY OPINION! cb

Hi Von,

It was me that made the "butts in the butter" comment. Perhaps in my initial enthusiasm I spoke prematurely. There is no way to access netradio.com through that feature of MSIE 5. I think you and others are right about increased recognition of the technology, but I'm now not as sure that it will translate to NAVR's bottom line.

It's nice to have Netradio controls on the browser, but in its present form it actually steers people away from Netradio.com and into the waiting arms of Broadcast.com. It will be interesting to see what the Yahoo/BCST merger does to microsoft. Somewhere in the back of my mind I envision Microsoft actually buying Yahoo one day.
