Well, the First Quarter of 1999 is history, and after all the talk, only one thing mattered in the effort to predict the direction of TCLN's stock price. For three months in a row, it was STOCK FOR SALE! STOCK FOR SALE! STOCK FOR SALE! The rest was just meaningless talk. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you! Now that we are in a New Quarter, any predictions on what will drive the stock (better yet, how bout a forecast on direction, too!)? Somehow, I think it will be a surprise this quarter. More Byzantine intrigue in the management ranks in Tustin? Delisting? Big problems with the LOC? A licensing deal that happens on time for a change? More walking talking patients? Shareholders file with SEC to force sale of company? TNT fast tracked by FDA all the way to licensure? Reverse split, institutional ownership, analyst coverage, big profits for shareholders? SEC investigation of naughty brokers/chat board posters? Larry Bymaster does a conference call? Goes to Albania in search of humanitarian aid? Exciting times on the way? What's your best guess for Q2?

Shero...the letter is on the way...Bymaster mentioned the letter to us at the meeting...also, if you think you can put together a large enough group you probably could talk him into coming to you... May I offer a simple suggestion to all... make a new resolution to help this company in positive/constructive ways...if you have suggestions share them with Cynthia or Tustin...this is a turning point in the history of this company...we finally have decent management...we have clinical data on the way...so now is the time to support and promote...you are right Shero, contacting the shareholders certainly would help but what we also need is to get new money people to invest in the company...that will really help....we can get this stock price moving but we will all need to help with whatever resources connections or whatever we can bring to the table....that is what our investment group decided to do...give them support!!!
