I think we all better realize what a mess this will be. Not only will countless hours and money be spent defending the inevitable shareholder lawsuits, but any credibility the mgmt had is long gone.
I didn't listen to the conference call, but I hope none of the mgmt stated that there were no legal problems on the horizon, as I am sure
they might be liable, both personally and professionally. If I was in mgmt, I would be retaining legal counsel as we speak, because I am sure the backers of the new financing are going to have a lot of questions. $2m is a big mistake, and I don't think any one person could be responsible.
