Re: "You can't just look at assets to determine book value. You need to look at liabilities as well. The book value is around $2.60 per share, which puts it around $125 million."

Hey what about Q199 report will it be a bad one, a good one or even? How much will it effect the assets or projection thereof?

If we knew the exact reason of Del's resignation it may give us a hint as to how the new handler's will report future guidance.

May be Del was forced out after lowering sale commissions, a last straw type move by the board and nothing to do with the company's progress? Or will the report be that bad and the stock goes down to $2.60 or lower?

May be there are some potential big big customer's who gave indications they would purchase if not for Del at the helm? Am I reaching here? Some big companies would not want to get into a long term relationship with a leader who cannot manager their own staff? Sipl's (not sure of spelling) leaving was the start of it all as someone on this threat already alluded to.

I just cannot give up hope yet especially at this time of year so much positive springs forth that I am looking for that jubilation!
