Any comments on the significance of the following developments in the last few days. 1 More than 1 million shares traded on Monday and Tuesday ; almost all as large blocks. 2 a press release saying that Albert Cohen had stepped down as CEO but was staying as Chairman. 3 a large [ 1/4 page ] announcement of 2 in the Globe Business section today. The tone and size of the insert sounded like a " retire victoriously" announcement from a company that does not usually do PR "fluff" pieces. Are these moves preparatory to larger moves in the circular coming with the Annual Report?. Is there any indication that the composition of the Board will be changed to reflect the interests of the Mutual funds?. It seems to me that this is the first of several changes. your thoughts would be appreciated . Max
