Of course not! I have my doubts as to whether they are going to file at all! 8 months ago they told us it was going to Pritchards for a final review. It was to be released within days then weeks. Evidently Pritchard saw something wrong. They do an audit. Shares outstanding and float are doubled. Now were are back at square one. First Pritchard is looking it over weekend and now it is going to be another week or two. Same story. Just eight months later My conclusion is there is something wrong with the filing or the numbers are worse than previously claimed. Gee, I must be an idiot for being a little concerned here.
