Well, what a frigging disaster. The auditors need to be canned along with Gruder. If the former CFO couldn't reconcile the petty cash he would not have stood a chance with intercompany reconciliation and international consolidation. Did he remember that the UK uses sterling and not US dollars.......

IMO Gruder will have known. If he didn't then Alydaar are in deep, deep, noxious shite.

First and foremost the missing $2m will by now be manifesting itself in a serious, serious cashflow crunch. No wonder they need the recent funding.

Even worse is the fact that they cannot have been forecasting forward properly otherwise the missing $2m would have shown up like a sore thumb.

Once this baby goes under $5 conclusively, hello margin calls. $1.50??

Also, if the CFO and auditors couldn't sort out the intercompany/consolidation matter, then what about the receivables problems where it is easy to bamboozle the auditors.

The glue factory better be ready for another carcass.............
