It's pretty common practice when a new company has many partnerships and overseas interests to file one of these. xyber doesn't have the experience that IBM has in collecting the numbers from varied sources.

This is possibly a good sign. Too many revenue sources to collate them in a timely manner.

Indeed, this stock will slip to $2, if people keep jumping to nonsensical conclusions.

Comments from the RB board from those who called the company yesterday suggest that the report should be out next week.

If you go to freeedgar.com you can see that lots of companies file for these. MVIS, for example, is one of them. My take is that it's a disappointment but hardly a disaster and will have little effect in the grand scheme of things.
