So, unless it is done illegally, these shares cannot be encumbered without registration. So without registration, they have nothing to short with. Only a blind faith contract, which cannot be collatoralized. It is appearing more and more that I made the RIGHT decision, NOT selling any stock yesterday. Perception is everything, and yesterdays perception caused the selloff. I do believe however, if the 10K had been released after the close, a lot of the people that sold yesterday, would still be here after the close on Monday also, after having had a chance to fully digest the 10K. Now, if they want to be here after the close on Monday, they have to buy back in. Good work Sword. V$gas.Com
