Blue, thank you for the reminder, and I am on autopilot on the Second to Automatically do the self-exam first thing in the morning.
Today is my dear late Mother's Birthday. Cancer isn't what took her, but I've been thinking of her all day... and when I did my self-exam this morning I felt her love surround me in approval of me taking care of my health. My health provider went insolvent, and I had to get a new one. I liked my doctor, and it narrowed down to a choice of two who cover him. So I chose Blue Cross/Blue Shield thinking of Blue's concern about women's health, as they were both as good but the name of the other one had no personal meaning. (I know, Health Providers aren't racehorses either, I know LOL). It was either go with that positive association, or flip a coin. Just wanted you to know that, Blue. Your good work must reach farther in many other ways as well, as good works always do. It's when someone gets seriously ill that the ones who love them all suffer so terribly alongside them as well. So If incurable sickness can be better avoided by a simple means of self-exam for an early warning of a problem, it makes sense to put it on autopilot like Blue takes the time each month put in front of anyone reading it.
Best of health to all,
Joan

Thanks for the reminder also Blue. Talked to Dr. Lojiks about it, and she did it. She even let me help! ;*)
