I just posted an updated chart of HD on coolhistory.com

FWIW, here's what I see: HD is retesting its 50-day moving average (blue line) for the second time in two weeks now. If it falls below the average, I expect it to test the bottom of the 55-62 trading range it occupied from December thru February. It recently violated another uptrend line, but you can see that it has done that twice before without breaking down too much.

Anyone wishing for a split might do well to look at the price action after the last split occurred (blue arrow).

Finally, coolhistory.com has charts of both the Consumer Staples and Consumer Cyclicals sectors going back one year. The Staples are breaking down right now, but the Cyclicals look great. Go figure.

Disclosure: I'm long-term long on HD.
