Razor: Have you taken a look at Hurricane, my but the similarities are shocking. When I went to school, under the old math system, we got warnings for a reason; not because someone was trying to cover their behind. Kazahkstan (and almost all the "stan's") suffer from the same problem. They are bankrupt and there are no laws of property or property in laws. Big fields need more than a lucky drill bit; they need infrastructure. The Stan's are further back than starting from scratch, because you have to fix the broken first, then build. What a sorry mess, unfortunately, "small fry" companies have not the financial depth to change a country. I would rather have 1,000 boed that nets back $10 a boe than to flounder in De Nile waiting for the miracle. FoxyLoxy
