SHAL - launches SolutionNet on 4/6.... low float...... praised by Oracle... has relationship with Sun...... IPO may gap up big but the play is to hold SHAL which owns a big piece of it..... Also SHAL has large interest in Excelenet which is an IPO scheduled for two weeks later...... this is another internet related company .....
