OT: They do have a return policy, but their replacement has not arrived within my return time period. Customer service did give me an extension, but I'm a little peaved that I bought my computer a month ago and it is still not in "brand new" condition. I could've waited and saved some $$. But DELL might give me a partial refund if the price for my system drops. We'll see. In the meantime, I'm just waiting for the replacement parts...
