Marty, eveyone still wants to talk about either the great values of the company and the convertibles. I read through a hundred posts and that is all anyone is talking about. As a business person, that is not the real issue that concerns me. I would like clarification on the IRS debt. Is this debt related to VSI and it is being rolled into the bankruptcy proceeding? What about the discussion on who owns the 600k worth of telecom equipment. The 10k says it was purchased by VSI but shown on the balance sheet as an asset of TSIG. The issue also of the company not having any paper work to support the documentation of the of AIT acquisition is also a big problem to me. These accounting irregularities are what really need to be addressed in my opnion. Good business sense folks, don't ignore these issues. In my opinion these really need to be addressed by management and now... Baja

*OFF TOPIC* Here is a little something to lighten us up a little. She is very sexy and alluring in her clinging pink outfit. As they walk through the ape exhibit a huge male gorilla goes "ape" as he looks at the woman. He jumps up grunting and pounding his chest as he looks at her. The husband, noticing the gorilla's reaction, suggests that she tease the ape. He asks that she purse her lips, wiggle her bottom, and play along with the gorilla. She does her seductive little act and the gorilla gets even more excited. The husband then suggests that she let one of her straps fall. She does and the gorilla can hardly contain himself. "Now," says the husband, "lift your dress way up to your thighs and move in your most provocative manner." The gorilla now goes completely berserk. The husband quickly grabs his wife, opens the cage door and flings her in with the gorilla, slams the door shut and, rubbing his hands together gleefully, says, "Now tell him you have a headache!"
