Les, I don't know where they get these poll numbers. Last night I was watching "Life and Times" the PBS show for Southern California. They had the editors of the "San Jose Mercury News" and some Chicago area paper. They were asked what the letters to the editor were like on the Balkans war. They both replied that virtually all of the letters were against the war and there was "no support" for a ground offensive. I bet ya that CNN and some other spin polls will start pulling figures like 60% of Americans want the ground war to save Kosovo etc... -John
