I bought E-Spire on this rumor over a month ago at $3.70 (I think) and sold it just under $4.00 one week prior to the runup!!!

It has gained nearly 300% in about 30 days (approxmately)

I think ESPI's current price reflects the rumor. Qwest's price will probably hiccup on the downside a tick or two (as most acquisitions of this nature do) then back to biz as usual.

I am KICKING MYSELF for selling my measly 500 shares of ESPI!!
