Greg, no class action attorney will take this, the money the insiders are pocketing will be long gone. Just be careful everyone, it is a musical chairs game, make sure you are not the one holding the bag.

Hmmmm! curious that it closed right around 8 dollars isn't it. That's the price where they are technically able to dump 100% of their shares as it's stated in the 10K. Looks like they waited for it to get to $9 and didn't dump as many shares at one time as they did the day before. I'm curious how many more shares they have on hand to get rid off. Looks like > 6 million shares have changed hands over the past two days.
These guys are crooks. I would be happy to send another email off to the SEC.
Sometimes they mention things like this on CNBC also. A letter to sqwakbox may get Faber or Kernin looking into the matter. That would definitely take some of the air out of their balloon.
I just feel sorry for the people that jump into this based on a press release. Oh well, that's why they say to do your homework before you buy. I agree that class action will likely go nowhere. I think class action lawyers guys get their money buy taking a percentage of the settlement and last time I checked 40% of 0 = 0 (whatever money they've made off of this is already in an offshore account somewhere I'm sure). They only go after legitimate companies that at least have some form of assets, but their stock tool a beating. These guys will be (or maybe already are) long gone, unless the SEC gets to them pretty quick.
I'm still thinking about going short on this monday if I can find the shares, but I'm not really sure I want to have anything to do with this stuff.
If I were long in this stock I'd get out quick. We are not short spamming this board, this thing is a legitimate scam and you will lose all your money, as this stock could be halted at any time and delisted.

Good luck to all.
