These grifters sold everything from an off shore account so getting the money is next to impossible.However the guy in LA will have a problem with the IRS,if he is selling off shore.The fact that they issued this one day prior to their stock being free,is the key to this whole scam

What about the SEC going after Tony Leone? He lives in New York, where his "Corporate Profile" office is. He should go down for this.
