Lewis,
your article states, >> Details regarding these charges were reported last year by WIN. << Are these "new charges"??

>>NY Liquor Authority Files Six Complaints Against Araldica
The New York State Liquor Authority (NYSLA) has filed
charges against Araldica Wineries Ltd.<<

When were the charges laid?? Are these criminal charges or just licensing irregularities?? Are these "charges" or "complaints"?? You use both words in your post to me. Obviously, if everything had been done "by the book" last year you would had nothing to write about (re AWLT).
Please post all facts and all details that you have that are new. Rehashing last years mess won't do anything to help Araldica get back on track or to help the battered share price. No question, the share price is my primary concern.
Good luck with finding the whole truth.
JOE

William,

It sounds to me like you have something to loose if Araldica prospers. It has looked like something personal you have from the beginning.

So, what did this company do to you, or what do you have to loose by this company doing well?

Sean

Lewis: I observe that the date of the article from WIN is 4-2-99 while the copyright date of the article is 1998. Does this mean that the news is actually from last year but is only recently published?
When were these charges by NYSLA actually imposed?

T.L.: Please clarify, "recent attitude." Thanks
