By moonlight...we ride....10,000 side by side....with swords drawn..held high...our whips and armor shine.... sorry...got caught up in the moment... the black sea fleet moves into the adriatic...sounds like a sick move of the game Diplomacy...unfortunately...these moves are real...and not a harmless play-by-mail game... The liberal in me still says that as the World Power...we must prevent atrocities like Kosovo...if we can... but like Mel said...then why not Rwanda? or Somalia, Sudan, Congo, Zaire, Armenia, Kurdistan ??? is it because its white european?? grrr...turmoil...the social studies teacher in me lives for reading about world politics and conflict...however...are we becoming hippocrates when we choose those we want to help...and fight battles the general public aren't concerned with?
