Ron Dior, Well there was reasons for that. It was a lot to do with TCOMA contracts,and also with foreign markets. They weathered those storms nicely. Well, its possible, since they did a secondary that probably will hit the market about the time of the earnings release. But there is a possibility that it will be very,very robust revenues,and the money is direly needed for expansion to fill a huge backlog of contracts from ATHM,Comcast,Charter,and RCNC to name a few. Well, I would expect that it might be a self fulfilling prophecy,and people will automatically sell on earnings day. We have all watched the pattern,but not thought about what led to it. Hiram
